 Occasionally Stop! ran Public Service ads in order to fulfill our obligations to our community. Our community being mostly the lower portion of the island of Manhattan and similar enclaves, these ads reflected an unique outlook. [Click the thumbnail.] |
 The only thing that kept Stop! afloat was the revenue provided by our advertisers. This house ad was part of the ongoing effort at bailing out the ship, as well as an attempt to lend an international flavor to the magazine. [Click the thumbnail.] |
