PUNK #17:
Playmate of the Bi-Month (Part 1)
This guy Outumuro came into the office with an armful of drawings of World Leaders (including our own Mr. Carter) in drag for us to peruse. They were good, but, as John told him, it wasn't Punk's policy to go after our own prez or those of our allies. But we'd be glad to do something with Leonid Brezhnev. He was probably thinking "fascists," but went along with it. I was responsible for the layout and writing, although, as usual, there were contributions from whoever was hanging around. I don't remember where Outumuro was from, other than "Europe," or even what his full name was. Unfortunately we didn't credit him properly. Then again, I didn't credit myself properly either.
